Dental Act 2018 s 83
(1) The Council or the Board may issue guidelines and directives as the Council or the Board considers necessary or expedient. (2) The guidelines and directives issued under this section shall be complied with by all practitioners. (3) Any practitioner who fails to comply with the guidelines or directives shall be subjected to the disciplinary authority of the Council or the Board, as the case may be.
Garis panduan dan arahan
(1) Majlis atau Lembaga boleh mengeluarkan garis panduan dan arahan sebagaimana yang dianggap perlu atau suai manfaat oleh Majlis atau Lembaga. (2) Garis panduan dan arahan yang dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah dipatuhi oleh semua pengamal. (3) Mana-mana pengamal yang tidak mematuhi garis panduan atau arahan hendaklah tertakluk kepada kuasa tatatertib Majlis atau Lembaga, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
