The powers, rights, privileges, liabilities, obligations and duties which immediately before the appointed date were those of the dissolved Council shall devolve on the Council established by this Act as from that date.

Pemindahan kuasa, dsb.
Kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan yang sebaik sebelum tarikh ditetapkan ada pada Majlis dibubarkan hendaklah dipindahkan mulai tarikh itu kepada Majlis yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini.
