Pawnbrokers Act 1972 s 4
The provisions of this Act relating to licensees shall extend to and include the executors or administrators of deceased licensees, except that an executor or administrator shall not be answerable for any penalty or forfeiture personally or out of his own estate, unless the same is incurred by his own act or neglect.
Pemakaian Akta bagi wasi, dsb., bagi pemegang pajak gadai
Peruntukan Akta ini yang berhubungan dengan pemegang lesen hendaklah diperluas kepada dan meliputi wasi atau pentadbir pemegang lesen yang telah mati, kecuali bahawa seseorang wasi atau pentadbir tidak bertanggungjawab sendiri atau daripada harta pusakanya sendiri bagi apa-apa penalti atau pelucuthakan, melainkan jika penalti atau pelucuthakan itu dikenakan kerana perbuatan atau keabaiannya sendiri.
