s 3 Establishment of Corporation
(1) A body corporate by the name of the “Subang Golf Course Corporation” is established. (2) The Corporation shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued in its name and may enter into contracts.

(1) Suatu pertubuhan perbadanan dengan nama “Perbadanan Padang Golf Subang” ditubuhkan. (2) Perbadanan adalah kekal turun-temurun dan boleh membawa guaman dan dibawa guaman terhadapnya atas namanya dan boleh membuat kontrak.
