s 15 Registration of operator or agent of foreign operator
(1) The Director General shall register any operator or agent of foreign operator with effect from the first day of the commencement of the operation of the operator or foreign operator of carrying any person leaving Malaysia or any date as the Director General may determine.
(2) The Director General shall have the power to register any operator or agent of foreign operator who has not applied under section 13 with effect from the first day of the following month after the information became known to the Director General.
(3) The Director General shall notify the person registered under subsection (2) in the manner as he deems fit.

Pendaftaran pengendali atau ejen pengendali asing
(1) Ketua Pengarah hendaklah mendaftar mana-mana pengendali atau ejen pengendali asing yang berkuat kuasa dari hari pertama permulaan operasi pengendali atau pengendali asing membawa mana-mana orang meninggalkan Malaysia atau apa-apa tarikh yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah.
(2) Ketua Pengarah hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk mendaftar mana-mana pengendali atau ejen pengendali asing yang tidak memohon di bawah seksyen 13 berkuat kuasa dari hari pertama pada bulan berikutnya selepas maklumat itu diketahui oleh Ketua Pengarah.
(3) Ketua Pengarah hendaklah memberitahu orang yang didaftarkan di bawah subseksyen (2) mengikut cara yang difikirkan patut olehnya.
