Departure Levy Act 2019 s 8

s 8 Director General may transmit, etc., document, etc.

(1) The Director General may, as he deems fit, transmit or communicate any document, information, return or declaration referred to in subsection 7(1) or anything contained in such document, information, return or declaration to the Chief Statistician of the Department of Statistics Malaysia which may be required in the performance of his official duty. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Minister may, as he deems fit, allow the Director General to transmit or communicate any document, information, return or declaration referred to in subsection 7(1) or anything contained in such document, information, return or declaration to any other person.

Ketua Pengarah boleh menghantar, dsb., dokumen, dsb.

(1) Ketua Pengarah boleh, sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut olehnya, menghantar atau menyampaikan apa-apa dokumen, maklumat, penyata atau perisytiharan yang disebut dalam subseksyen 7(1) atau apa-apa jua yang terkandung dalam dokumen, maklumat, penyata atau perisytiharan itu kepada Ketua Perangkawan Jabatan Perangkaan Malaysia yang boleh dikehendaki dalam melaksanakan kewajipan rasminya. (2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), Menteri boleh, sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut olehnya, membenarkan Ketua Pengarah untuk menghantar atau menyampaikan apa-apa dokumen, maklumat, penyata atau perisytiharan yang disebut dalam subseksyen 7(1) atau apa-apa jua yang terkandung dalam dokumen, maklumat, penyata atau perisytiharan itu kepada mana-mana orang lain.
