Trademarks Act 2019 s 41
The registration of a trademark ceases if— (a) the trademark has ceased under subsection 39(10), been revoked under section 45 or 46 or been invalidated under section 47; or (b) the registration of trademark is cancelled under section 44.
Pemberhentian pendaftaran
Pendaftaran cap dagangan terhenti jika— (a) cap dagangan itu telah terhenti di bawah subseksyen 39(10), telah dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 45 atau 46 atau telah menjadi tidak sah di bawah seksyen 47; atau (b) pendaftaran cap dagangan itu dipotong di bawah seksyen 44.
