Trademarks Act 2019 s 73
(1) A certification mark shall be a sign indicating that the goods or services in connection with which it shall be used are certified by the proprietor of the mark in respect of origin, material, mode of manufacture of goods or performance of services, quality, accuracy or other characteristics. (2) The provisions of this Act apply to certification marks subject to the provisions of the Second Schedule.
Cap perakuan
(1) Suatu cap perakuan ialah suatu tanda yang menunjukkan bahawa barang-barang atau perkhidmatan itu berkaitan dengan tanda itu hendaklah digunakan adalah diperaku oleh tuan punya cap perakuan berkenaan dengan tempat asal, bahan, cara pengilangan barang-barang atau pelaksanaan perkhidmatan, kualiti, ketepatan atau ciri-ciri lain. (2) Peruntukan Akta ini terpakai bagi cap perakuan tertakluk kepada peruntukan Jadual Kedua.
