The Overseas Missionary Fellowship (Incorporation) Act 1957 (Revised - 2019) s 3

s 3 Incorporation of The Overseas Missionary Fellowship

(1) The holder of the office of the Corporation shall for all purposes be a body corporate by the name of “The Overseas Missionary Fellowship” and shall have perpetual succession. (2) The Corporation may sue and be sued in its name. (3) The Corporation may— (a) enter into contracts; (b) acquire by purchase, gift, devise, bequest or otherwise; and hold movable and immovable property of every description and any interest in the property so acquired by the Corporation; and (c) sell, convey, transfer, assign, demise, lease, surrender, exchange, partition, charge, mortgage or otherwise dispose of or deal with any movable or immovable property so acquired by the Corporation.
