s 32 Rights, etc., of registered society not affected by change of name
(1) (Deleted by Act A1027).
(2) Where the name of a registered society is changed, such change shall not affect any right or obligation of the registered society or of any member of the registered society, and any legal proceedings may be continued by or against the trustees of the society or any office-bearer who may sue or be sued on behalf of the society, notwithstanding such change of name.

Hak, dll., pertubuhan berdaftar tidak terjejas oleh perubahan nama
(1) (Dipotong oleh Akta A1027).
(2) Jika nama sesuatu pertubuhan berdaftar diubah, perubahan itu tidak boleh menjejaskan apa-apa hak atau obligasi pertubuhan berdaftar itu atau mana-mana anggota pertubuhan berdaftar itu, dan apa-apa prosiding undang-undang boleh diteruskan oleh atau terhadap pemegang amanah pertubuhan itu atau mana-mana pemegang jawatan yang boleh membawa guaman atau dibawa guaman terhadapnya bagi pihak pertubuhan itu, walaupun ada perubahan nama itu.
