s 47 Publishing, etc., propaganda of an unlawful society

Any person who prints, publishes, displays, sells or exposes for sale, or transmits through the post or who, without lawful authority or excuse, has in his possession any placard, newspaper, book, circular, pictorial representation or any other document or writing or which is issued or appears to be issued by or on behalf of or in the interests of an unlawful society commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to both, and any book, periodical, pamphlet, poster, proclamation, newspaper, letter or any other document or writing in respect of which such person shall have been convicted shall be forfeited.

Menyiarkan, dsb., dakyah pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang- undang

Mana-mana orang yang mencetak, menyiarkan, mempamerkan, menjual atau mendedahkan untuk jualan, atau menghantarkan melalui pos atau yang, tanpa kuasa atau sebab yang sah, ada dalam milikannya apa-apa pelekat, surat khabar, buku, pekeliling, pernyataan bergambar atau apa-apa dokumen atau tulisan lain atau yang dikeluarkan atau yang nampaknya dikeluarkan oleh atau bagi pihak atau bagi kepentingan sesuatu pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau kedua-duanya, dan apa-apa buku, terbitan berkala, risalah, poster, perisytiharan, surat khabar, surat atau apa-apa dokumen atau tulisan lain yang berkenaan dengannya orang itu telah disabitkan hendaklah dilucuthakkan.
