Any person who procures or attempts to procure from any other person any subscription or aid for the purposes of an unlawful society commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to both.
Penalti kerana mendapatkan yuran atau bantuan untuk pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang
Mana-mana orang yang mendapatkan atau cuba mendapatkan daripada mana-mana orang lain apa-apa yuran atau bantuan bagi maksud sesuatu pertubuhan yang menyalahi undang-undang melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau kedua-duanya.
