s 63 Power of entry and inspection of records
The Registrar, an Assistant Registrar or a Registration Officer may, if he has reason to believe that any society is carrying on activities in contravention of any provision of this Act or any regulations made under this Act or any of its rules, and after giving notice to any office-bearer, enter into any place which he has reason to believe is kept or used by any registered society or any of its members as a place of meeting or place of business, and may search such place and inspect all books, accounts, minutes of meetings and other documents kept by the society.

Kuasa untuk masuk dan memeriksa rekod
Pendaftar, seseorang Penolong Pendaftar atau seseorang Pegawai Pendaftaran boleh, jika dia mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai bahawa mana-mana pertubuhan menjalankan aktiviti yang melanggar mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana kaedah-kaedahnya, dan selepas memberikan notis kepada mana-mana pemegang jawatan, masuk ke mana-mana tempat yang dia mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai disenggarakan atau digunakan oleh mana-mana pertubuhan berdaftar atau mana-mana anggotanya sebagai suatu tempat mesyuarat atau tempat urusan, dan boleh menggeledah tempat itu dan memeriksa semua buku, akaun, minit mesyuarat dan dokumen lain yang disimpan oleh pertubuhan itu.
