s 46 Licence, etc., deemed suspended in the event of accident

(1) In the event of an accident, a licence, launch permit or launch certificate granted in respect of a space object or launch facility, being the subject matter of the accident, shall be deemed suspended for a period from the date of the accident until the date the Board revokes the suspension. (2) Where a licence, launch permit or launch certificate is deemed suspended under subsection (1), the licence, launch permit or launch certificate shall have no effect during the period of the suspension. (3) The suspension of a licence, launch permit or launch certificate under subsection (1) shall not affect the date of the expiry of the licence, launch permit or launch certificate as specified in the licence, launch permit or launch certificate. (4) The Board may revoke or vary the conditions of the licence, launch permit or launch certificate suspended under subsection (1). (5) Notwithstanding section 31, the Board may revoke the licence, launch permit and launch certificate suspended under subsection (1).

Lesen, dsb., disifatkan digantung sekiranya berlaku kemalangan

(1) Sekiranya berlaku suatu kemalangan, lesen, permit pelancaran atau perakuan pelancaran yang diberikan berkenaan dengan suatu objek angkasa atau kemudahan pelancar, yang menjadi hal perkara kemalangan itu, hendaklah disifatkan digantung bagi suatu tempoh dari tarikh kemalangan sehingga tarikh Lembaga membatalkan penggantungan itu. (2) Jika lesen, permit pelancaran atau perakuan pelancaran disifatkan digantung di bawah subseksyen (1), lesen, permit pelancaran atau perakuan pelancaran tidak akan berkuat kuasa semasa tempoh penggantungan. (3) Penggantungan lesen, permit pelancaran atau perakuan pelancaran di bawah subseksyen (1) tidak menjejaskan tarikh habis tempoh lesen, permit pelancaran atau perakuan pelancaran sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam lesen, permit pelancaran atau perakuan pelancaran itu. (4) Lembaga boleh membatalkan atau mengubah syarat lesen, permit pelancaran atau perakuan pelancaran yang digantung di bawah subseksyen (1). (5) Walau apa pun seksyen 31, Lembaga boleh membatalkan lesen, permit pelancaran dan perakuan pelancaran yang digantung di bawah subseksyen (1).
