Malaysian Space Board Act 2022 s 7
(1) The Deputy Chairman shall act as the Chairman for the period when— (a) the office of the Chairman is vacant; or (b) the Chairman is, for any reason, unable to carry out his functions. (2) The Deputy Chairman shall, during the period in which he is carrying out the functions of the Chairman under this section, be deemed to be the Chairman.
Penjalanan sementara fungsi Pengerusi
(1) Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah bertindak sebagai Pengerusi selama tempoh apabila— (a) jawatan Pengerusi kosong; atau (b) Pengerusi, atas apa-apa sebab, tidak dapat menjalankan fungsinya. (2) Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah, dalam tempoh dia menjalankan fungsi Pengerusi di bawah seksyen ini, disifatkan sebagai Pengerusi.
