Malaysian Space Board Act 2022 s 8
(1) The Space Regulator shall be the Executive Secretary to the Board. (2) The Executive Secretary shall be responsible for— (a) the day-to-day management of the affairs of the Board; (b) the implementation of the decisions of the Board; and (c) the carrying out of any other duties as directed by the Board. (3) The Executive Secretary shall, in carrying out his duties, act under the direction of the Board.
Setiausaha Eksekutif kepada Lembaga
(1) Penguasa Angkasa hendaklah menjadi Setiausaha Eksekutif kepada Lembaga. (2) Setiausaha Eksekutif hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagi— (a) pengurusan hal ehwal hari ke hari Lembaga; (b) pelaksanaan keputusan Lembaga; dan (c) penjalanan apa-apa kewajipan lain sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Lembaga. (3) Setiausaha Eksekutif hendaklah, dalam menjalankan kewajipannya, bertindak di bawah arahan Lembaga.
