s 5 Geographical Indications Office and other branch offices
(1) The Central Geographical Indications Office and such number of branch offices of the Central Geographical Indications Office established under section 9 of the repealed Act shall be known as the Geographical Indications Office and branch offices, respectively.
(2) In addition to subsection (1), for the purposes of this Act, such number of branch offices of the Geographical Indications Office as may be necessary shall be established.
(3) Any document required by this Act to be filed at the Geographical Indications Office may be filed at any branch office of the Geographical Indications Office and any reference in this Act to the submission at the Geographical Indications Office includes reference to the submission at a branch office.
(4) All communications with the Geographical Indications Office shall be in the national language or English language.

Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi dan pejabat cawangan lain
(1) Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi Pusat dan apa-apa bilangan pejabat cawangan Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi Pusat yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 9 Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah masing-masing dikenali sebagai Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi dan pejabat cawangan.
(2) Sebagai tambahan kepada subseksyen (1), bagi maksud Akta ini, apa-apa bilangan pejabat cawangan Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi sebagaimana yang perlu hendaklah ditubuhkan.
(3) Apa-apa dokumen yang dikehendaki oleh Akta ini untuk difailkan di Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi boleh difailkan di mana-mana pejabat cawangan Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi dan apa-apa sebutan dalam Akta ini mengenai pengemukaan di Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi termasuklah sebutan mengenai pengemukaan di suatu pejabat cawangan.
(4) Semua komunikasi dengan Pejabat Petunjuk Geografi hendaklah dalam bahasa kebangsaan atau bahasa Inggeris.
