s 18 Procedure where no provision is made
Where no provision is made relating to procedures of the Tribunal, subject to this Act and any regulations made under this Act, the Tribunal shall adopt such procedure as the Tribunal thinks fit.

Tatacara jika tiada peruntukan dibuat
Jika tiada peruntukan dibuat yang berhubungan dengan tatacara Tribunal, tertakluk kepada Akta ini dan mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini, Tribunal hendaklah menerima pakai apa-apa tatacara yang difikirkan patut oleh Tribunal.
