s 2 Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires— “Corporation” means The Titular Superior of the Brothers of Saint Gabriel, Peninsular Malaysia as incorporated under section 3; “successors in office” includes the Brother Procurator of the Congregation of the Brothers of Christian Instruction of Saint Gabriel in Peninsular Malaysia when the office of the Titular Superior becomes vacant by the resignation or death of the holder of the office of the Titular Superior until the formal assumption of office by a successor.
