s 3 Incorporation of The Titular Superior of the Brothers of Saint Gabriel
(1) The Reverend Brother Vincent, the Titular Superior of the Congregation of the Brothers of Christian Instruction of Saint Gabriel in Peninsular Malaysia, and his successors in office, shall be a body corporate by the name of βThe Titular Superior of the Brothers of Saint Gabriel, Peninsular Malaysiaβ and shall have perpetual succession and a corporate seal. (2) The Corporation may sue and be sued in its name. (3) The Corporation mayβ (a) enter into contracts; (b) acquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy movable and immovable property of every description upon such terms as the Corporation thinks fit; and (c) sell, convey, assign, exchange, surrender, yield up, mortgage, demise, reassign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any movable or immovable property vested in the corporation upon such terms as the corporation thinks fit.
