(1) Akta ini böleh-lah di-namakan Akta Pehak-berkuasa Kemajuan, Pekebun-kechil Perusahaan Getah, 1972 dan hendak-lahi müla berkuatkuasa 'pada tarikh yang di-tetapkan oleh Menteri'melaliui pemberitahu dalam Warta. (2) Akta ini hendak-lah di-pakai di-seluroh Malaysia.
