(1) Dalam" Akta ini, melainkan jika kandongan ayat-nya Tafsiran. menghendaki makna yang lain,/"Menteri" erti nya Menteri 2AH78/19 yang bertanggongjawab atas-perusanaan-getah. (2) Aktá ini hendak-lah di-bacha dan di-tafsirkan sa-bagai satu dengan Ordinan Kumpulanwang Perusahaan Getah 8/52. (Penanaman Sa-mula), 1952 sa-bagaimana di-pinda oleh Aktá ini.
