s 5 Establishment of Committee
(1) A committee by the name of “National Data Sharing Committee” is established and shall be responsible to the Cabinet.
(2) The Committee shall consist of the following members:
(a) the Secretary General of the ministry charged with the responsibility for digital, who shall be the Chairman;
(b) a representative from each of the ministries;
(c) a representative of the Prime Minister’s Department;
(d) the Chief Government Security Officer;
(e) a representative of the National Cyber Security Agency; and
(f) a representative of the Personal Data Protection Department.
(3) Members of the Committee referred to in paragraphs (2)(b) to (f) shall be appointed by the Minister and the Minister may, in respect of each of the member, appoint an alternate member to attend meetings of the Committee when the member is for any reason unable to attend.
(4) The Chairman shall appoint from among the members of the Committee a Deputy Chairman.
(5) The Director General shall be the secretary to the Committee.

Penubuhan Jawatankuasa
(1) Suatu jawatankuasa dengan nama “Jawatankuasa Perkongsian Data Negara” ditubuhkan dan hendaklah bertanggungjawab kepada Jemaah Menteri.
(2) Jawatankuasa hendaklah terdiri daripada anggota seperti yang berikut:
(a) Ketua Setiausaha kementerian yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi perkara berkaitan digital, yang hendaklah menjadi Pengerusi;
(b) seorang wakil daripada setiap kementerian;
(c) seorang wakil Jabatan Perdana Menteri;
(d) Ketua Pegawai Keselamatan Kerajaan;
(e) seorang wakil Agensi Keselamatan Siber Negara; dan
(f) seorang wakil Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi.
(3) Anggota Jawatankuasa yang disebut dalam perenggan (2)(b) hingga (f) hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri dan Menteri boleh, berkenaan dengan setiap anggota itu, melantik seorang anggota silih ganti untuk menghadiri mesyuarat Jawatankuasa apabila anggota itu tidak dapat hadir atas apa-apa sebab.
(4) Pengerusi hendaklah melantik dalam kalangan anggota Jawatankuasa seorang Timbalan Pengerusi.
(5) Ketua Pengarah hendaklah menjadi setiausaha kepada Jawatankuasa.
