Online Safety Act 2025 s 46
(1) Any decision of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal on any matter shall be decided by the votes of the majority of members of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal present. (2) The decision of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal is final and binding and is not subject to further appeal.
Keputusan Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian
(1) Apa-apa keputusan Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian mengenai apa-apa perkara hendaklah diputuskan melalui undi majoriti anggota Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian yang hadir. (2) Keputusan Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian adalah muktamad dan mengikat dan tidak boleh dirayu selanjutnya.
