s 50 Disclosure of interest
(1) A member of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal shall disclose, as soon as practicable, to the Chairman any interest, whether substantial or not, which may conflict with the member’s duties as a member of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal, in a particular matter.
(2) If the Chairman is of the opinion that the member’s interest is in conflict with the member’s duties, the Chairman shall inform all the parties to the matter of the conflict.
(3) If none of the parties to the matter objects to the conflict, the member may continue to execute his duties as a member of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal in relation to that matter.
(4) If a party to the matter objects to the conflict, the member shall not continue to execute his duties as a member of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal in relation to that matter.
(5) The failure by any member to disclose his interest in a particular matter shall subject him to the disciplinary actions under section 42 or 49.

Penzahiran kepentingan
(1) Anggota Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian hendaklah menzahirkan, secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan, apa-apa kepentingan kepada Pengerusi, sama ada substansial atau tidak, yang mungkin bercanggah dengan kewajipan anggota itu sebagai anggota Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian, dalam sesuatu perkara tertentu.
(2) Jika Pengerusi berpendapat bahawa kepentingan anggota itu bercanggah dengan kewajipan anggota itu, Pengerusi hendaklah memaklumkan semua pihak kepada perkara itu tentang percanggahan itu.
(3) Jika tiada mana-mana pihak kepada perkara itu membantah percanggahan itu, anggota itu boleh terus melaksanakan kewajipannya sebagai anggota Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian berhubung dengan perkara itu.
(4) Jika suatu pihak kepada perkara itu membantah akan percanggahan itu, anggota itu tidak boleh terus melaksanakan kewajipannya sebagai anggota Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian berhubung dengan perkara itu.
(5) Mana-mana anggota yang tidak menzahirkan kepentingannya dalam perkara tertentu hendaklah tertakluk kepada tindakan tatatertib di bawah seksyen 42 atau 49.
