Online Safety Act 2025 s 76
The Chairman of the Committee, every other member of the Committee, the Chairman of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal, every other member of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal, the Secretary to the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal or any other officer of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal while discharging his duties as the Chairman, member, Secretary or officer, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code.
Pekhidmat awam
Pengerusi Jawatankuasa, setiap anggota lain Jawatankuasa, Pengerusi Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian, setiap anggota lain Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian, Setiausaha kepada Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian atau mana-mana pegawai lain Tribunal Rayuan Keselamatan dalam Talian semasa menunaikan kewajipannya sebagai Pengerusi, anggota, Setiausaha atau pegawai itu, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan.
