(1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Commission, by order published in the Gazette, amend the First Schedule and the Second Schedule. (2) In giving the recommendation under subsection (1), the Commission shall consult the Committee.
Kuasa untuk meminda Jadual Pertama dan Jadual Kedua
(1) Menteri boleh, atas syor Suruhanjaya, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, meminda Jadual Pertama dan Jadual Kedua. (2) Dalam memberikan syor di bawah subseksyen (1), Suruhanjaya hendaklah berunding dengan Jawatankuasa.
