s 33 Power to make regulations
The Minister may make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for giving full effect or for better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.

Menteri boleh membuat apa-apa peraturan-peraturan sebagaimana yang suai manfaat atau perlu bagi memberikan kuat kuasa sepenuhnya atau bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini dengan lebih baik.
