Official Secrets Act 1972 s 14

s 14 Attempts, incitements, etc.

If any person— (a) attempts to commit an offence under this Act; (b) solicits or incites or endeavours to persuade or conspires with another person to commit an offence under this Act; or (c) aids, or abets or does any act preparatory to the commission of an offence under this Act, he shall be liable to the same punishments, and to be proceeded against in the same manner, as if he had committed the offence.

Percubaan, pengapian, dsb.

Jika seseorang— (a) cuba melakukan sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini; (b) mengajak atau mengapikan atau berusaha memujuk atau berkomplot dengan seorang lain supaya melakukan sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini; atau (c) membantu, atau menyubahati atau melakukan apa-apa perbuatan sebagai persediaan untuk melakukan sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, dia boleh dikenakan hukuman yang sama, dan diambil tindakan dengan cara yang sama, seolah-olah dia telah melakukan kesalahan itu.
