Official Secrets Act 1972 s 26

s 26 Trial of offences

For the purposes of the trial of a person for an offence under this Act, the offence shall be deemed to have been committed either at the place in which the same actually was committed, or any place in Malaysia in which the offender may be found.

Perbicaraan kesalahan

Bagi maksud perbicaraan seseorang bagi sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, kesalahan itu hendaklah disifatkan telah dilakukan sama ada di tempat kesalahan itu sebenarnya telah dilakukan, atau di sesuatu tempat di Malaysia yang pesalah itu boleh dijumpai.
