Courts of Judicature Act 1964 s 83

Sections 45–49 and 65–66 were repealed by later amendments.

s 83 Costs

The Federal Court shall not make any order as to the costs of any proceeding had under its original jurisdiction: Provided that in any proceedings under section 84 the High Court may make any order as to costs in respect of proceedings in the Federal Court.
