s 106 Subordinate officers

There shall be appointed such and so many subordinate officers as shall, from time to time, appear to the Chief Judge with the concurrence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to be necessary for the administration of justice and the due execution of all powers and authorities which are vested in any court.

Pegawai rendah

Hendaklah dilantik sekian bilangan pegawai rendah yang didapati perlu, dari semasa ke semasa, oleh Hakim Besar dengan persetujuan Yang di-Pertuan Agong bagi mentadbirkan keadilan dan pelaksanaan sewajarnya segala kuasa dan wibawa yang terletak hak pada mana-mana mahkamah.
