Any Magistrate of either class may sit in any Magistrates’ Court within the local limits of his jurisdiction for the purpose of hearing and determining any cause or matter, civil or criminal, over which he has jurisdiction by virtue of this or any other written law for the time being in force.
Majistret daripada mana-mana kelas boleh mengetuai Mahkamah Majistret
Mana-mana Majistret daripada salah satu kelas boleh bersidang dalam mana-mana Mahkamah Majistret dalam had bidang kuasa tempatannya bagi maksud mendengar dan memutuskan apa-apa kausa atau perkara, sivil atau jenayah, yang mengenainya dia mempunyai bidang kuasa menurut undang-undang ini atau manamana undang-undang bertulis lain yang sedang berkuat kuasa.
