s 25 Perjanjian untuk tidak menyerah hak

Pemegang lesen tidak boleh tanpa keizinan bertulis Pihak Berkuasa Petroleum menyerah hak atau melepaskan mana-mana hak yang diberikan oleh lesen ini berhubung dengan keseluruhan atau mana-mana bahagian kawasan pengeksplorasian atau memberikan apa-apa sublesen berkenaan dengan manamana hak sedemikian.
