When a will has been proved and deposited in a court of competent jurisdiction situated beyond the limits of Malaysia, and a properly authenticated copy of the will is produced, probate may be granted of the copy, or letters of administration may be granted with a copy of that copy annexed.
Apabila sesuatu wasiat telah dibuktikan dan salinan erlampir bagi bidang kuasa kompeten yang terletak di luar sempada Malaysia, dan suatu salinan yang disahkan dengan bevelairar badih aier tan dengan salina mat aiakt sewajarnya bagi wasiat itu dikemukakan, maka probet pentadbiran boleh diberikan dengan salinan bagi salinan
