s 44 Funeral and testamentary expenses allowed

(1) The Court shall allow the executors or administrators the reasonable testamentary and other expenses incurred by them, and also proper funeral expenses and all reasonable expenses of subsequent religious ceremonies suitable to the station in life of the deceased. (2) The Registrar may in the course of the taking of the administration accounts of executors or administrators exercise the powers conferred on the Court by subsection (1).

(1) Mahkamah hendaklah membenarkan diberi kepada nayat dan wasi-wasi atau pentadbir-pentadbir perbelanjaan perwasiatan perwasiatan dan perbelanjaan lain yang munasabah yang dibenarkan. dilakukan oleh mereka, dan juga perbelanjaan pengurusan mayat yang patut dan segala perbelanjaan yang munasabał largi upacara k eagamaan berikutnya yang sesuai dengan (2) Pendaftar boleh semasa mengambil akaun-akaun wasi-wasi atau pentadbir-pentadbir menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Mahkamah oleh subseksyen (1). Sanrpada grm onm madl sal oan Prga Pendar, Pusaka atau mana-mana orang yang menuntut mempunyai kepentingan dalam harta itu, atau yang menjaga atau mengawal harta itu pada masa kematian si mati, atau yang pada masa itu adalah seorang wakil atau pekerja si mati, bahawa harta itu menghadapi bahaya akan pemberian probet atau surat kuasa pentadbiran.
