s 63 Transfer of assets to personal representative in country of domicile of deceased for distribution
Where—
(a) a person not having his domicile in Malaysia has died leaving assets both in Malaysia and in the country in which he had his domicile at the time of his death; and
(b) there has been a grant of representation in Malaysia with respect to the assets there and a grant of representation in the country of domicile with respect to assets in that country,
the personal representative in Malaysia, after having given due notice and after having discharged at the expiration of the time stated in the notice all lawful claims of which he has had notice, may, instead of himself distributing any surplus or residue of the deceased’s property to persons residing out of Malaysia who are entitled thereto, transfer, with the consent of the personal representative in the country of domicile, the surplus or residue to him for distribution to those persons.

Jika— Pemindahmilikan aset
(a) seseorang yang tidak berdomisil di Malaysia kepada juga di negara di mana dia derdomisit pada oama rema masa kematiannya; dan
(b) telah ada suatu pemberian perwakilan di bahagikan. Malaysia mengenai aset di sana dan suatu pemberian perwakilan di negara domisil mengenai aset dalam negara itu, maka wakil diri di Malaysia, selepas memberi notis wajar dan selepas menjelaskan, pada masa habisnya tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu, segala tuntutan sah yang mengenainya dia telah mendapat notis, boleh, selain daripada dia sendiri membahagi-bahagikan apa-apa lebihan atau residu harta si mati kepada orang-orang yang bermastautin di luar Malaysia yang berhak kepadanya nemindahmilikkan, dengan persetujuan wakil diri di legara domisil itu, unara dbmagi- tuhagebana kepada oradu ia ke padanya
