Apabila surat kuasa pentadbiran telah diberikan kepada Pegawai Pentadbir Pusaka di bawah Akta ini, surat kuasa pentadbiran tersebut dan harta pusaka si mati hendaklah berpindah dari Pegawai Pentadbir Pusaka ke Pegawai Pentadbir Pusaka pada masa itu yang sedang menjawat jawatan itu, tanpa apa-apa perintah Mahkamah atau apaapa pemindahhakan, penyerahhakan atau apa-apa jua suratcara lain.
