Tiada pemberian surat kuasa pentadbiran atau probet Kecualian. yang dibuat sebelum bermulanya kuatkuasa Akta ini boleh disifatkan tak sah oleh sebab pemberian itu telah dibuatkan untuk Pegawai Pentadbir Pusaka, Malaysia, dan tidak kepada pegawai yang berkenaan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang yang dimansuhkan oleh Akta ini. Pemansuhan. Kecualian peralihan.
