(1) Nothing in this Act shall affect the validity of proceedings instituted under the laws repealed by this Act but the same shall be carried on in accordance with this Act and any such proceeding may be amended as may appear to be necessary or proper to bring it into conformity with this Act. (2) (Deleted by Act A912).
(1) Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh menyentuh keesahan prosiding yang dimulakan di bawah undangundang yang dimansuhkan oleh Akta ini tetapi prosiding itu hendaklah diteruskan mengikut Akta ini dan manamana prosiding sedemikian boleh dipinda sebagaimana yang didapati perlu atau patut supaya selaras dengan (2) Tertakluk kepada Akta ini Pegawai Pentadbir Pusaka, Malaysia, hendaklah disifatkan telah menggantikan empat Ketua Pentadbir Pusaka, Sabah, dan tempa egawai-pegawai Probet di Sarawa.
