Section 88

SEC. 88. The roadway and right of way of any railroad corporation may he crossed by other lines of railroad authorized by the Government of the Islands in such manner as may be determined by the Director of Public Works with the approval of the Governor-General and upon the payment of full compensation for any damage which may be caused to the track crossed.
