Section 89
SEC. 89. Toni the time when the whole or any part of the railroad shall he opened to public service the railroad corporation shall establish and publish a time schedule for the arrival and departure of trains and shall run its regular trains for the transportation of passengers and freight as close to said schedule as practicable and shall furnish sufficient accommodations for the transportation of all passengers, who may apply for the same and for all property which may in- offered within a reasonable time prior to the time of departure.
