Section 92

SEC. 92. It shall be the duty of the railroad corporation to use the most approved appliances to prevent the escape of sparks or live coals from its locomotives and to take such precautions that the operation of said road may not unnecessarily expose properties in the vicinity of the line to danger from fire.
