Section 20

SEC. 20. Insular Purchasing Agent to make purchases for city.—The Insular Purchasing Agent shall purchase all supplies, equipments, material, and property of every kind, except real estate, for the use of the city of Manila or any of the departments or offices thereof, and shall supply the same to the city or any of its departments or offices, in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered One hundred and forty-six.
