Section 25
SEC. 25. Every person operating a motor vehicle on a highway shall turn to the left when meeting persons or vehicles coming toward him, and to the right when overtaking persons or vehicles going in the same direction, unless a different course of action is required in the interests of the safety and security of life, person, or property. When turning to the right in going from one highway into another every motor vehicle shall be conducted to the left of the center of the intersection of the highway, thus: (pls. see book)
