Section 36

SEC. 36. No smoke shall be given off or emitted by any motor vehicle in unreasonable or annoying quantities while the same is in or is passing through the streets of any city or the thickly inhabited portions of any municipality or barrio in the Philippine Islands, or in any other place where the same shall constitute a nuisance.
