SEC. 41. The conviction of any person of any offense under Prosecutions. this Act shall not bar prosecution and conviction of other offenses in this Act or elsewhere defined and penalized which may have been committed by such person concurrently with the commission of the offense of which he was convicted or in doing the act or series of acts which constituted the offense of which he was convicted.
