SEC. 45. Public notice shall be given each week by publication Publication in the in the Official Gazette of the certificates, permits, and licenses issued, suspended, or revoked and of motor vehicles transferred during such week under the provisions of this Act. Such public notice shall state the name and address of the owner of the certificate, permit, or license, the number thereof, the date of issue, the number shown on the number plates in proper instances, the date of suspension or revocation with the cause thereof, and the period of suspension, if the act made public is a suspension, and such further information as will, by being made publicly known, tend to and assist in the efficient enforcement of the provisions of this Act.
