Section 11

SEC. 11. Section seventeen hundred and eighty of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 1780. Charges for grading and baling.—So far as their facilities shall extend beyond the requirements of their own business, grading establishments may grade and bale fibers for others when delivered in fit condition for such process. The charges for such services shall be fixed by the Fiber Standardization Board."
