SEC. 6. Paragraph (e), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve is hereby amended so that item five on page nine under the caption "Capiz" shall read as, follows: "5. For the Banica Elementary School, Capiz ........................... P6,000.00"
